About Me: I've been driving and tinkering with 944's for over 20 years, and have owned three so far, along with a 911 Targa. My first 944 (which I bought new for my 30th birthday) saved my life shortly before my 40th birthday when I drove it off a twisty mountain road in a deer killing incident. (Ooops...) The Honda I have will be staying for now. While it is underpowered and in less than pristine shape (by far), at least it gets 29 MPG. If it ever goes off a cliff, I believe I shall die.
