I'm sure you don't recognize The Big Three, a Brian Epstein managed group that did not become the Beatles. A lot of folks don't recognize the Big Three from Detroit these days either. But on Saturday the Senate approved $25 billion in loans to Detroit, intended to spark innovation. To put that in a realm that more of us can get our heads around, that's the same as loaning them $10 million per day, every day, for almost seven years. If this is a loan, I hope we're getting a reasonable rate and strict payback schedule. We're expecting innovation from a group that rode pickup trucks, SUVs, and other gas guzzlers into the ground?
