Dear Bobby, Terry, Melissa, and Cecil, Thank you so much for the most stress-free car-buying experience ever!  You all exhibited the perfect balance of friendly, sincere, "whatever it takes" attitude, without being the least bit pushy.  You allowed me to set the pace.  When I first started my search (11 days ago), I started conversing with 9 different dealers, of 3 different makes/models.  Cecil was one of only 3 dealers that consistently provided whatever feedback I requested, when I requested it.  This is what put your dealership on my "short list".  When I came in for a test drive, Cecil was gone, but he had already told me who would work with me, and I was left in very capable hands.  I was greeted by Bobby, Terry, and Melissa quite eagerly.  As Bobby went to get a test vehicle, Terry took the initiative to have my trade-in appraised while I was test driving, which saved me valuable time.  During and after the test drive, Bobby and Terry answered all my questions, and Terry made me an offer that was hard to refuse.  Nonetheless, I said that I still had another test drive to do, and I had to discuss it all with my wife.  Nobody tried to "bar the door", as so many dealers do, fearing that I would not return.  That to me showed great confidence in your product, as well as trust in my word that I would give your offer fair consideration...
By MIKE COX SPECIAL TO THE WASHINGTON POST America's Big Three automakers got pounded on Capitol Hill last month. Senators from both parties took turns ridiculing General Motors, Ford and Chrysler as out-of-touch fossils, churning out poor-quality products that virtually no one wants to buy.   Wouldn't it be nice if America's automakers actually made cars that customers wanted? New hybrids, for example, and electric vehicles, mid-size cars that rank high in quality and more models that get 30 miles per gallon?..
Well, well, well.  Lookey here.                    Malcolm Simons, our beloved Service Manager is here at our big monthly meeting giving his respected input about the happenings at the dealership.  As you can see, he is brainstorming quietly in his seat, giving the rest of us telepathic input. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

Robert Rains writes: Hi Melissa & Geoff "Just wanted to send you and the rest of the team a special "THANK YOU !!!" for your help in purchasing the new 2007 Silverado. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you all. You actually made it easy and comfortable with no pressure at all, which is more than I can say for your neighbor down the street,(Massey Cadillac)." "You guys are true professionals...
The Owner of the dealership had the opportunity to shoot this video of the 2010 production Camaro at the State Fair of Texas this past weekend. This is the real deal folks!!!
Our esteemed Service Manager, Malcom Simons is in the photo below with his pants down to his ankles.  Why would he be photographed like this knowing that we would put him on the blog?    Good question.  I don't think he thought that far ahead. Malcolm raced all season at Redline Raceway this summer, and made it to the bracket finals at Pine Valley Raceway, where this illustrious photo was captured.  He made it through the eliminations at Pine Valley to the semifinals. Malcolm not only raced the Jupiter Chevy Camaro, but he had a foot race as well.  At Pine Valley, along with Drag Racing, they also paticipated in "Olympic Activities."  One of which is a foot race with your pants down to your ankles...
DETROIT, Sept 3 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp has extended its employee-level pricing discount program by one month through the end of September and increased the number of 2009 model year vehicles carrying the offer to boost sagging sales and clear out inventory. The program, launched in late August, applies to almost its entire line-up of 2008 model year vehicles and has been expanded to include most 2009 model year vehicles at dealerships, including all Silverado and Sierra pickups, GM spokesman John McDonald said on Wednesday. GM's better-selling cars, such as the Chevrolet Malibu, Chevrolet Cobalt and Pontiac Vibe are also included in the extended offer, the No.1 U.S...
