Black Mercedes.
Yankees license plate.
Clearly short.
Slicked-back hair (practically liquified).
Suspenders.
Pink tie.

I'll let you call it. Is he...
A) Biggest Douche in the Universe
B) Most Stereotypical New Yorker in the Universe
C) Those Terms are Synonymous

Let's not offend every New Yorker here, so I'll say A but I might be thinking C.

The car above was most likely recently purchased. Unlike other states, California does not issue temporary plates. Instead, they give you a piece of paper you stick in the lower right portion of your windshield (I've heard it's supposed to go in the upper right rear, but no one follows that) and you're free to leave your plate spots blank or bedecked in Yankee filth. It is quite frequent, though, for people to leave the front license plate off their car. It is illegal and you may get pulled over (you'll certainly get a meter maid ticket), but people do it. If you click on "my Z3" to the left you'll notice I've left the plate off mine. I'm risking getting pulled over by a cop without anything better to do (LA is now crime free!), but I put the front plate in my window if I park on the street to fend off meter maids (aka Satan's children).

Is it okay to drive without a plate in Cali? That would get you pulled over in 5 minutes down here in FL.

I'd have to say A.
