Jun 9, 2009 - Review of new 2010 Kia Forte at Cincinnati Kia Dealers

We were fortunate last week to have the new 2010 Kia Forte at our Cincinnati Kia dealership Jeff Wyler Eastgate to test drive and review.  Our Kia manufacturer reps came by for a few hours with the new Forte, as well as some anticipated training for our sales team, and the opportunity to sit in and drive the new Forte

Our initial thoughts were that Kia is serious about aggressive, innovative design.  Remember - we just had the release of the 2010 Kia Soul quite recently, which surprised many folks that have some pre-conceived notions about Kia...  The Forte is modern, stylish, and has an aggressive appearance from the front.  

The interior is comfortable, and the drive was smooth.  A quick test drive around Cincinnati allowed the 2010 Kia Forte to "boast" with its class leading horsepower.  The standard 4 wheel disc brakes allowed for quick stopping, and the sport suspension gave us a comfortable ride.

With most of our new cars, we are looking for some key features for our Ohio Kia customers.  First is electronic stability control, which is standard on the new Forte, along with multiple airbags, ABS brakes, and traction control.  Our next key feature that our Cincinnati Kia customers love is the ability to use their iPod with their new Kia.  The 2010 Forte also comes standard with an USB/Aux port, allowing its occupants to bring their entire music collection with them.

There was plenty of room in the trunk (more than the comparable Corolla...).  We were also encouraged by the fuel efficiency, which is important for the commuters this vehicle is great for - 36 mpg highway.

We took advantage of our time with the 2010 Kia Forte to create a short review video, as well as an information and review page showing our new 2010 Kia Forte Cincinnati inventory for sale.  Estimated arrival date in inventory is mid June.
