I have been an automotive service consultant since 2001. I have seen this business change over the years, yet sadly many of the people who are in this business have not changed. This is a profession with not enough professionals; perhaps we can change that.

This blog is for the driver who needs help finding a quality repair shop to service their vehicle. I want to help you get the most for your automotive repair dollar. Auto repair is rarely cheap, you should make sure you are getting the most for your money.

This blog is for the automotive service professional who wants to take his/her service to the next level. What does your customer expect? Do they trust you? Why have they not come back? Are they sending you referrals?
