Whatever you do, "DO NOT" purchase Toyota's Standard equipment Remote Starter, it is a $400 worthless unit. One needs to be within 60 feet, it shuts off the vehicle as soon as you open the door, causing unnecessary wear on a very expensive component, your starter. Buy an aftermarket with an antennae, good for over 200 feet, some even more.
